We remain very pleased with the work that you did at our home, I believe now 4 years ago. To this day, nothing has shifted and nothing has cracked or sunken. The most important part of any landscaping job is the preparation work that cannot be seen once the decorative work is in place, and that is so critical as that is also where the cheaper contractor will take short cuts. Everything remains level and, in a Collingwood winter, that is always the concern due to the deep frost in the ground. 

We continue to be very happy with the “look” and, no doubt there will come a time when we will want some additional outside work done……..we will certainly call you.  Feel free to encourage any future clients to call us for a reference.

Having just built our house, we had a big job ahead for landscaping and were a looking for someone to help change the entire property into our vision. We moved to Collingwood late in 2016 to a large corner lot with zero curb appeal and no outdoor living space. After spending the winter researching local landscapers, we met with Patrick Thompson from Retreat Landscaping. Patrick was confident, professional and knowledgeable. We explained our wish to create several distinct outdoor living areas including an outdoor kitchen, a water feature, an outdoor gas fireplace.
